TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT FOR THIS IS BOISE RELOCATION GUIDE AND LEAD GENERATION SERVICE

Effective Date: December 4th, 2023

I agree to subscribe to This Is Boise Moving To Idaho Relocation Guide and Lead Generation Service offered by This Is Boise LLC (“the Company”). I understand that, as part of my subscription, I agree to the following:

Subscription Benefits

My subscription grants access to a digital relocation guide, distributed as-is without alterations. The subscription period corresponds to the annual calendar year. If purchased mid-year, the fee will be prorated based on the remaining months in the current calendar year, not a running 12-month period. Additionally, the standard subscription includes a landing page designed to capture lead generation information. Please note that subscriptions limited to the guide only do not include the provision of a landing page or lead capture capabilities.

Subscription Membership Renewal and Billing

Buyers opting for an annual subscription membership acknowledge that after the Commitment Period, the Agreement will automatically renew yearly at a 5% discounted rate which will be billed annually. Additionally, all subscriptions during the 2024 year will be grandfathered in at the $299 rate for as long as the subscription is consecutively maintained. Charges will be applied on or about January 1st. I agree to keep a valid credit card on file with the Company to honor my obligations. For any declined payment which I do not resolve within ten (10) business days of notice to me, I will lose access to my subscription and content.

Pricing and Changes

Prices for all products and services are subject to change at the Company’s discretion outside the Commitment Period.

Account Security

Users must not share their username or password with unauthorized individuals. Unauthorized sharing may result in access revocation.

Content Repurposing

Users are prohibited from allowing or granting permission to repurpose Content for commercial, promotional, endorsement, advertising, or merchandising purposes.

Users may download the digital guide and are strictly prohibited from altering the guide, adding to, or repurposing the content for self-printing or marketing purposes unless proof has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Company (This Is Boise LLC). Unaltered, personalized guides may be printed and/or used for promotion, marketing, distribution, and display on social media platforms. Users are also prohibited from allowing or granting permission to repurpose the content in the guide for commercial, promotional, endorsement, advertising, or merchandising purposes.

Representation of Materials

Users agree not to represent the Guide, images, or copy within the subscription as their own creations.

Refund Policy

After an order is approved and delivered, no refunds are available, as the Guide is a personalized digital product. If you are experiencing issues with your subscription, please contact us for assistance.

Intellectual Property

Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Licensed Materials. The Company retains all rights, including intellectual property rights. The user agrees not to claim ownership or authorship of Guide content.

Assignment

Users may not assign any rights under this Agreement without the Company’s prior written consent.

Member Obligations

The Company reserves the right to monitor usage to verify compliance with terms. The Agreement and access to the Guide may be terminated if the Company deems the use of Licensed Materials unsuitable.

Termination Criteria

The Company may terminate the Agreement, and usage to the Guide if the user’s use of the Licensed Materials promotes schemes that harm the Company’s brand, involves copyright infringement, or resembles the Company’s website in a misleading manner.

Cancelation Terms

I may cancel my subscription at any time, and I will continue to have access to the content through the billing cycle (end of current year).

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Licensed Materials are provided “as is,” and the Company makes no warranties or representations regarding the Materials or any results achieved through their use.

By purchasing The Is Boise Relocation Guide, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use implies acceptance of the amended terms.
