Which package should I choose?

If you mainly want a nice guide to send to clients you already have, Essential is enough. If you want the guide to bring you new leads from open houses, social media, or ads, choose Signature, since the landing page is what captures the contact info. If you also want printed copies on hand and matching Buyer and Seller Guides, Ultimate costs less than buying those separately. When will my 2027 guide be delivered?

All 2027 orders received by December 1 are delivered by December 31, so your guide is ready for the new year. After launch, new orders are completed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your information.

What happens after I pay?

You get an email with a short form for your photo, logo, bio, and contact details. Once you send it in, your guide (and landing page, if included) is ready in about 5 to 7 business days.

What is the refund policy?

Because the guide is a digital product personalized to you, all sales are final. The full sample guide is available so you can see exactly what you are buying first.

Do you offer discounts for multiple agents?
